She is also dedicated in working with juveniles at detention center, supporting first time parents through the new tasks of parenthood, and working with those who have experience trauma whether that be due to systematic racism, inequality or physical or emotion abuse.

Audra combines components from many therapeutic techniques to find the best solution for each client. The most common practices she utilizes are CBT/cognitive restructuring, somatic experiencing, systems theory, and empowerment theory. Audra has worked with children, teens, and adults of all ages. Her philosophy stems from a quote by C.S. Lewis that says, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Audra believes that it is never too late to begin your healing journey and is excited to design an individualized path towards wellness with each client.
