Celestyna Jarzabek is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. She works with children, adolescents, and adults and has a strong focus on supporting children and teens. Celestyna aims to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences and build skills that help them manage life’s challenges.
Her work is strengths-based and trauma-informed. Celestyna integrates approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices.
