Linda Raczak is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She brings over three decades of experience working with children and families in the child welfare field. Linda works with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting concerns, behavioral challenges, stress, and major life transitions.
Linda’s work is grounded in compassion, active listening, and respect for each client’s individual experiences. She incorporates person-centered, cognitive behavioral, trauma-focused, and compassion-focused approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, recognize their strengths, and develop healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. She works alongside clients to create goals that feel meaningful and support continued healing and growth.
