Molly Weindorf is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from Aurora University. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular interest in supporting children, teens, and women. Molly helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and stress. Her background in individual therapy and family services helps her understand the unique needs of individuals and families at different stages of life.

Molly uses a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to help clients better understand their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build healthier relationships. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, person-centered care, and play-based techniques when working with younger clients.
