About

Panagiotis Giannopoulos earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He works with adolescents and adults ages 15 and older who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and life transitions. Panagiotis has experience working in higher levels of care and supporting individuals through a variety of emotional and behavioral health concerns.
 
His approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy while incorporating client-centered and strengths-based techniques. Panagiotis focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment. He incorporates mindfulness practices, emotional regulation skills, cognitive restructuring, and coping skill development to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
