Tracey Blackburn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work from DePaul University. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family stress, emotional burnout, and major life transitions. Tracey is passionate about helping clients strengthen emotional awareness, improve decision-making skills, and build resilience through life’s challenges.
Her work is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based practices with individualized care. Tracey incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques to help clients develop practical coping strategies and work toward lasting wellness.
